About This Project

I led the migration and deployment of 300+ microservices owned by Bank BRI's Enterprise Data Management (EDM) team into production and development environments, standardizing how they are built, shipped, and run.
Challenge

The Problem

Migrating hundreds of services without downtime surfaced deployment failures and service incompatibilities, while inconsistent pipelines across environments made every release risky.
Solution

How We Solved It

I standardized deployments with Helm and Kubernetes, diagnosed and resolved deployment failures and incompatibilities during migration, and normalized CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Bitbucket across environments — while advising on architecture for performance and maintainability.
