About This Project
For the Surabaya city government (Pemkot Surabaya), I worked on a decision-support system (SPK) that manages permohonan siteplan — site plan permit applications — as part of the city's spatial planning (Tata Kota) process.
The Problem
Government permit workflows are procedural and multi-stakeholder: applications move through review stages, must follow spatial-planning rules, and need a clear, auditable trail from submission to decision.
How We Solved It
I built a fullstack application to intake applications, guide them through a structured review and approval workflow, and support the decision process against spatial-planning criteria — with a clean interface for both applicants and reviewing officers.

What I Learned
